By completing this reservation, you confirm that you have been informed about and accept the rental terms. At the rental location, you will also sign a rental agreement before receiving the key. It is essential to carefully review the agreement to avoid any ambiguity, and if you have any questions, our staff will be there to discuss it with you before you sign.
As AS Andreou, we reserve the right not to provide the vehicle if we determine that the driver is unfit to drive or if any member of the group exhibits aggressive or suspicious behavior. If such a situation arises, there will be no refund.
Make sure that before your departure, you have documented any vehicle damages together with the service personnel in the agreement to avoid being held responsible for these damages.
Car Pickup
For payment and rental security, you will need to present your identification or passport as the driver, as well as a driver's license and a credit or debit card, all in their original forms.
Rental Deposit
The deposit amounts to €300 and will be refunded after the contract expires, provided there are no additional damages to the vehicle.
Driver's Age
The driver's age for categories A, B, and C must be over 21 and under 69.
Driver's License
The minimum duration of the driver's license possession should be three years.
New Driver Charge
Drivers aged 21-24 will incur an additional charge of €20 for the first day and €5 for each subsequent day.
Senior Driver Charge
An additional charge of €20 for the first day and €5 for each subsequent day will apply to drivers over 69 years of age.
Payment Method
For all categories, the renter must present a credit card to cover the security deposit, deposit, and rental cost.
Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee
A.S. ANDREOU reserves the right to charge a fee for late cancellation or no-show if the customer fails to appear or cancels the reservation within the last 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, and in this case, the deposit will not be refunded.
Early Return
In case the car is returned earlier than the date indicated in the reservation, no refund will be provided. To extend the rental, an agreement is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled end of the rental, and charges will be based on the current retail rates.
Fuel Policy
The customer must return the car with the same amount of fuel it had at the time of pickup. If the renter returns the car with less fuel, there will be a charge equal to the missing fuel and an additional €25 refueling service fee.
Charge for Airport Delivery
For the delivery or pickup of rental cars outside of operating hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) at Larnaca Airport, there is a current fee of €20.
Child Seats
Child seats are available after making a reservation and are subject to a charge of €10 for all days.
Delivery and Pickup Outside Operating Hours
For each pickup or delivery outside of operating hours, there is an additional charge of €20 in the Larnaca province.

On the Road
In the event of an accident, damage, or mechanical issues, it is essential to immediately contact the car rental company. You must wait for their approval for car repair or replacement. Please keep copies of all the documents you will be asked to complete.
Car Cleaning
AS Andreou may impose an additional charge if the rented car requires more cleaning work than a simple clean to restore it to its original condition.
Pet Policy
The boarding of pets is allowed as long as all precautions are taken, and the car is kept free of odors, hair, and pet-related smells.
Lost Keys
In the event of lost keys, you will be required to pay the cost of their replacement.
Fines
Any charges or fines, such as traffic congestion fees, speeding fines, and fines from law enforcement, are your responsibility.
Border Crossing
Please note that border crossing is not allowed with this car rental company. Cross-border trips to Northern Cyprus are not permitted.
Border Rules
The car is not allowed to leave the country from which the rental started.
Grace Period
You are required to be at the rental location until the scheduled pickup time. In case of delay, the car may no longer be available, and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you suspect that you may be running late, it is essential to contact the company at least one hour before the scheduled pickup time, even if the delay is due to a flight delay and you have provided the flight number.
There is a grace period of 59 minutes for the return of all vehicles. If the vehicle is returned after this period, the insurance will no longer be valid, and the customer will be required to pay a penalty for the delay and the daily rate.
Late Fees
In case of delays, reservations remain valid for a period of 2 hours from the original reservation time. After this time, they are considered invalid.
Handling Fees
Damage to the car will be charged by AS Andreou after the car is returned, and it will be subject to a damage handling fee, which is added to the deductible amount.
Taxes
All the prices and charges listed on the form include VAT.
EXTRAS
1. For the age group 21-24, there is an additional charge of €20 for the first day and €5 for each subsequent day.
2. For individuals aged 69 and above, there is an additional charge of €20 for the first day and €5 for each subsequent day.
3. Child seats are charged at €10 for all days.
4. For delivery outside of operating hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), there is an additional charge of €20.
